6 Month Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our personalized jewelry. Our one-year warranty covers the following:

• Color Changes: If the color of your jewelry fades or changes within 6 months of purchase.

• Faded Engraving: If the engraving fades within 6 months

• Band or Clasp: If the band, clasp, or other parts of the jewelry become damaged during normal use.

Note: The warranty includes free repairs. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the product, we will repair it and send it back to you as soon as possible.

How to Claim a Warranty

• Contact our support team at support@siaks.shop, providing your order number and a brief description of the issue.

• Provide photo evidence: Send clear photos of the jewelry that show the issue. This helps us determine if the item is eligible for warranty.

• Send the jewelry: If the claim is approved, send the product to the address provided by our support team. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

• Repairs and returns: We will repair your jewelry and return it promptly.
