How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, we always strive to ship sooner! Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Because each item is custom-made, changes cannot be guaranteed. If you need to request a modification, please contact us at support@sikas.shop within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
My order is delayed—what can I do?
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we have no control over delays. Please check your tracking information for updates. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us at support@sikas.shop, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the situation and provide a resolution.
Do you offer refunds for shipping delays?
No, we do not offer refunds for shipping delays, as they are out of our control. If you need an order by a specific date, please email us before placing your order to confirm if we can accommodate your request.
If after 45 days, you do NOT receive your order, we will refund your money.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! We love creating custom designs. If you have a specific request, please email us at support@sikas.shop , and we will discuss your ideas and provide a quote if applicable.
Can I provide my own design for engraving?
Yes! We accept PNG file formats for custom engraving. Please ensure your file is high quality and ready for engraving. If you need adjustments to your design, let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Will I receive a proof before my order is made?
I am happy to provide a digital proof upon request. Otherwise, orders will be made exactly as submitted.
